🌿 Super Easy DIY Hair Rinses
Today we’re showing you three super simple DIY recipes for amazing hair rinses. Your hair faces daily stress from the environment, coloring, and styling. So giving it some nourishing care makes total sense. Let’s go!
Naturally vegan, because we love our animal buddies 🐾💚

🍚 The Rice Water Rinse
You only need three things: (organic) rice, water, and a screw-top glass jar (a small bottle works too).
Boil water and let it cool down to lukewarm.
While it’s cooling, fill the jar about one-third full with rice.
Pour in the warm water and let it sit.
Soon the water turns cloudy.✨ Done! Use it just like regular conditioner after washing your hair.
💡 Bonus tip: You can also use rice water as a gentle facial toner. Just dab some on a cotton pad after cleansing your face.
Store it in the fridge for up to 5 days - and yes, you can still eat the rice!
🌼 Dandelion Flower Rinse
A wildflower meadow for your hair! 🌻
You’ll need:
2 handfuls of dandelion blossoms
Water
Basically, you’re making a giant herbal tea:
Pour boiling water over the blossoms until fully covered.
Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and dilute the tea with 1 liter of boiled water.
Let it cool down to a comfortable temperature before using it on your hair.
🌿 Rosemary Hair Rinse
This one is just as easy. You’ll need:
90 g of chopped rosemary
Water
Pour boiling water over the rosemary until it’s fully covered.
Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
Dilute with 1 liter of boiled water.
Let it cool, then use it cold as a rinse after washing.
⚠️ Note: On very light blonde hair, rosemary may cause a subtle red tint.
Enjoy trying them out – and let your hair soak up all that plant-powered goodness! 🌱✨
